Nervous Acid

Pure down and dirty acid for your aural pleasure on this Christmas night. Not your usual Christmas sounds so be warned.

This tune is the original of a cover that I read about in xlr8r this month. DJ Buck has released a rework of the classic 'Nervous Acid' by Bobby Konders on Tu-Rong (an offshoot of Rong Records, see previous post here).

The original (download below) always has that certain 'je ne sais quoi' which is more acid/303 driven but then along comes a dark horse such as DJ Buck who knocks it out of the ballpark (as my adopted homeland would say). Driven by a deep and dirty bass line that will have you in some kind of zone with some kick ass beats and treats working overtime. Say goodbye to going home if you're on he way out the door as this comes on.

I just don't know which is better.
